Keith W. Kennedy is the founder of Kennedy Mortgage Corp. (KMC). KMC, along with its predecessor, WorldWide Finance, has been in business since 1967.

Prior to starting his own company, Mr. Kennedy was the National Sales Manager for Sebrite Corp., a national financial services company. Mr. Kennedy was instrumental in developing a low rate attractive program with Gibraltar S&L for jumbo and super jumbo loans in the 80’s.

Having been a past member of the National Association of Review Appraisers and Registered Mortgage Underwriters (NARAMU), Mr. Kennedy held the designation of Certified Review Appraiser and Registered Mortgage underwriter for 10 years. He also sat on the Loan Advisory Board of Avondale S&L out of Chicago, Illinois for three years. He was very involved in the creation and implementation of their loan products nationally as well as being one of their top producers.

Always interested in sports and entertainment, Mr. Kennedy became a leading source for financing many athletes and celebrities over the years in the Los Angeles area for jumbo residential and large commercial loans. As a trusted mortgage advisor, he has done over $500,000,000 in residential and commercial loan transactions personally over the last 15 years for his clients.
